Well, last night, I went over to my best friend Mike's house and the both of us were drinking Southern Comfort mixed with various juices. We drank quite a bit before we left to go to the beach, bringing with us a 50/50 mixture of apple juice and SC. We pretty much finished it before we got to the beach. There were no pits open so we just walked around there for a while, drunk as fuck. We almost couldn't find his truck, and had he not had a car alarm on it, we probably wouldn't have found it. Thankfully, he's actually a decent driver when he's been drunk (he's had 3 years of experience in Florida he told me, lol). We get home, he fills a glass with apple juice and the remainder of the liter bottle of SC. He conks out after a very short time of us listening to South Park wavs. I stayed up a little, finished the 1/3 full glass, sat down on the floor getting ready to go to sleep, and that's when Mr. Chunks decided to pay a visit. 4 times. Amazingly, as quiet as could be, I went to the kitchen and got some paper towels to clean it up and began to clean when I just kinda fell backward and was like "screw this, I'm goin to sleep!"

The reek of vomit through the house caught his mom's attention when she woke up. Thankfully his parents never saw the empty bottle of SC in my bag, so we told them we had some beers and that probably the mix of pizza and beer didn't settle well with me. His parents are worlds nicer than my mom, who would probably have disowned me. I felt like total shit (hung over plus bad for the vomiting). I "threw up" a little later...in quotes because nothing came out. Drank some water, threw it up, drank more water, threw that up, drank more water, went to the laundry room with Mike and played Four Swords on GBA while waiting for my clothes to dry. Jesus...we got stuck on 1 boss for 20 freakin minutes. Anyhow, we get back, and although I managed to hold my stomach for a while, I threw up for a final time.

My stomach still is aching like hell and I'm feeling a little weary, but I was able to eat and drink fine, so I'll live. Still....that'll be the last time I have more than a few beers worth of alcohol. The throwing up hurt so bad my eyes were teary. Keep in mind, this was the first time I had ever been drunk too. I'm glad in a way, because bad experiences like this turn into good life experiences because I learn from mistakes. I could have been much worse off had I been with someone besides him.

Everything will be ok. If not today, tomorrow.

It's good to hear that you're still alive, dude, people have been known to be less lucky. Some guy from my University just died of alcohol poisoning during post-final partying, although he probably had more than you. Still, what a tragedy.

My brother had a similar experience as you after his girlfriend dumped him 2 days before new years. He downed a whole bottle of vodka, was drunk for a while, and hugged the toilet all the way through to January 1st. Needless to say, after watching him do that, I've kept away from alcohol altogether. Haven't thrown up in 9 years.

This will be a good life experience, just as long as you can really always remember it. I hope you are feeling better and wiser, my friend.

This is exactly why I will never touch alcohol

I'm not going to willingly take anything that does this to you.. no matter how much fun it may be to be drunk.

I hear you dog. My stomach still hurts from monday (5 days ago) - I drank a liter of vodka like it was water. Haven't had a drink since then. Whenever I puke, I'm very good about doing it somewhere non-offensive. This time, I could barely walk but I made it out to the parking lot in front of my apt. sat on the curb, and puked on the asphault and all over the bottom of my pants. suprisingly, my shoes were fine.

but yeah, my stomach still churns. damn work stress drove me to this!

yeah, i consider myself a lightweight. i dont know if i am or not, but i feel like one. I've been drinking since this past sept. i definitely learned my limit the 3rd time i got wasted. i had 7+shots of various things... mostly whiskey. one or two of the shots were 151. i learned that i can not take 7+ shots. I was passing out left and right, blacking out etc. luckily, i was with a group of people who i have trusted for a really really long time, and i know i'm safe with them whenever i get blasted. plus, my boyfriend was there that time, so he stayed with me and made sure i was alive and such. i scared him so much, i promised myself that i'd never do that again. i couldnt even drink for like a month after that... and i tried to. i just couldnt do it. i'm more careful now. i havent puked from drinking since then, though i've been drunk a fair amount since.

btw, my drink of choice is Southern Comfort. I love that stuff.

Kinda reminds of July 4th from two years back. I was drinking with my family and I had a good 17 beers out of a 30 pack. I also had shots of various drinks not too long after that. I was so trashed that I couldn't stand, I kept falling down. I remember that I tried to play frisbee with my sister, only to end up getting the frisbee on the bridge of my nose one too many times. After that, things get a little hazy. I remember just going behind my shed and making myself vomit. After that, I felt a lot better. I just had so much alcohol in such a short period of time I felt really ill. I still drink now and then, but just not as heavily. I believe I had those 17 beers in like fifteen minutes or something. Oddly enough, I didn't have a hangover.
