Need help identifying a song.

For you Europeans in here you'll recognize the voice over as Jeremy Clarkson--and infact this clip is from TopGear (one of my favorite TV shows). Listen carefully to the music being played in the background...there's 2 points where he shuts up and you can hear a chior. It's so soothing I have to know the name of this tune. Anybody got any ideas?

They do sometimes manage to play some surprisingly good intrstrumental tracks on that show. I can think of two off the top of my head that I'd like to hear full versions of, but I don't have audio clips of those. I don't have any idea where they get their music either.
