hey boys! just popping in from the mist of life (or midst of life. both apply. take your pick).

i need your help. i just moved into a house (after being in an upstairs apartment for a while), and i really want to get at least one ddr pad since i can play ddr freely again. i dont want to get some crazy $400 piece of equipment.... i dont even want to spend $100 (well, maybe on two...). what i'm wondering is... what's the best ddr pad on the market right now? what should i look at getting? i'll probably go the ebay route, but i'm not sure what to look for. i used to have one of those red octane pads which i liked, but their site is different now and i dont trust the pads on the site for some reason. i dont want a hard casing ddr pad because i have hardwood floors and that would just be bad. any advice you guys have would be totally sweet.

also, hugs for everyone. http://www.websmileys.com/sm/love/088.gif

I might have a few soft ones laying around. It's taking up space in my house so sending it for free would be a blessing. Has the pc connector or ps2 connector.

I'll look for the box.

whoa, really? that would be so much more than awesome! if you just want to get rid of it i could at least pay for shipping, though. even if you dont have the box, that's fine with me.

If he doesn't still have it, and you don't care about it being one of those "official" horribly expensive ones, you can just get one of the ones from Gamestop for $20 that hooks up to the ps2 and gcube.

Well, Pelican makes a pretty good third party pad that can connect to XBox, PS2, and Gamecube. They're really good pads from my experiences with them, I've had two for more than a year and they still work perfectly. You *should* be able to find them for less than $30, depending on where you buy them from.

I would suggest getting Guitar Hero instead. Really. They have Black Sabboth (did I spell that right?)

No. Black Sabbath.
Gotta love Webster.
Edit: If it weren't for him, you'd spell it "Blak Sabbith"

Almost...replace the 'o' with an 'a' and you got it.

You want them, take them. I have over a dozen of the PS2 and PC connectors. PM me with an address and I'll give you shipping costs.
