i had ANOTHER dream about the ex last night. then a bit ago someone showed me this tool to lookup people on the net and get their info. her info was the first i looked up...turns out she finally did move out and is living pretty close to where i live now.

WHY? it's been a freaking year. why does she still constantly haunt my thoughts...constantly.

sounds lame, sounds weak, but i was totally in love with her...like not the "oooh i'm in love" kind...the "i'm going to be with her for the rest of my life". but she was a piece of shit...probably still is...probably lives with some manwhore she's fucking for food and a bed.

bah...i need a NEW woman to make NEW memories to take my mind off of her. it's been a freaking year and i'm still not over her.

i don't know what to do if i run into her....now that i know where she is there's a very good chance it could happen since i frequent there.

bah...i hate this <img src=smilies/cwm10.gif>

Yeah, that's called domesticated woman. We still have some of those?

just act like you don't see her/recognize her. If she makes contact, run.

I definitely know how you feel. Best thing to do is forget. I tortured myself for two years over a lost relationship. We're sort of back together now, but the scars are still there. It's very strange because both of us have changed so much. Probably the only reason we can be around each other is that it feels like we are strangers who just met. Try and forget about her, and just when you have she may come barging back into your life.

If you run into her, act like you've never been happier and you barely remember her name. When my ex called me two weeks ago, I pretended not to recognize her voice and I was like "Heather? Cassandra? Julie? Naomi?" Ohhhh did that ever strike a nerve within her. All of a sudden she felt like she needed to win back her significance in my life. Excellent move on my part.

....Although sometimes, depending on the people involved, getting back together is a terrible idea.

Having a good memory sucks sometimes. My exs pop into my head all the time. It's not so much an "I miss them" kind of thing...it just happens.

Edit: By the way....what tool? <img src=http://www.zophar.net/wwwthreads/smilies/magbiggrin.gif>
