A lot of people I know don't think I eat enough and like to encourage me to eat every day. And usually it is appreciated.
However on a societal level you can call that shit Ghandi. Our culture is fucking ridiculous.
We presume and pretend to care about every single human being. But we NEVER DO!
I'm reading about MLK and all the things he stood for. This Civil Rights Day (as they like to call it in the Blonde-Hair-Blue-Eyed Aryan nation of Utah) is supposed to be about so much more than sharing drinking fountains.
POVERTY
We care when there's a typhoon in the 3rd world. We care when a hurricane 3rd worlds our shit up. But nobody gives a fuck about the guy down the street eating stale food from last week.
Fuck all the lip service.
The goverment doesn't care about you and neither does much of your society. Because you are a human being. And we gave up giving a shit about that a long time ago.
Sell your Prozac stocks and buy some sleeping bags and spam. you are fat. Sorry if I was too depressed and forgot to eat. But if you're homeless in my town I just might give a shit about you.
