I bought this thing on eBay, but the guy who sold it to me wasn't clear if I was getting the version with the comic book inside - and it turned out to be the one without the comic. So I want to get rid of this DVD so I can try to find a version with the comic on eBay.
Yes, I'm picky like that. If I don't get it now, it'll be expensive as hell in the future.
Anyway. The package is still sealed. I'd like $17.50 + $5 (Priority Mail) shipping for it. I can use another shipping method (first class or media mail) but I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to the case while in transit. I accept money orders or Paypal. (gah)
Interested? PM me. Thanks.

maybe someone would be willing to help you out by paying more to buy it from you, but at best buy right around the corner, I can walk out with the same movie for $17.99. maybe let it be a lesson to you to email ebay sellers to make sure you're getting exactly what you want.

I'm so pissed off by your comment that ... well, I'm tempted to flame the hell out of you.
But know what? I'll just say that it was pretty damn fucking rude of you to both insult and mock me for trying to sell something here. I'm trying to get some of my money back, nothing more. If you don't like it then don't reply to my post. Keep your opinion to yourself.

What would a mod do for you, exactly?

I was hoping that a mod would come in and perhaps yell at the guy for coming in and messing up my classified ad. I mean, it's just like if he went inside a store and started yelling out to other potential customers that he can get an item much cheaper at another store, and even telling them the location of said store. It's terribly rude and very bad for the person that's trying to sell something.

But you have to face it, if people can get it cheaper elsewhere, they'll go elsewhere.

For one, he didn't yell. Two, ever see "Miracle on 34th Street"? Where Santa told people where to buy things on the cheap at somewhere other than Macy's?
All he's saying is, you might have a hard time reselling the DVD for-cost, when people can pick it up, brand-new, at the store for that price.

looking on ebay I found the exact same item, $13.00 shipped, $8.99 shipped, $14.98 shipped, see a pattern? you got in a bidding contest and overpaid for a dvd on ebay. now you're trying to pass on your ignorance to someone else. screw you. you fucked up, you need to bite the bullet and not go into a hissey fit like a little bitch and complain when someone exposes a tiny mistake you made. next time email the seller if there's even a remote chance of you not getting the right item. I bought a sub off ebay a week ago and he sent me the 2ohm voice coil instead of the 4ohm voice coil. it will cost $35 to send it back, so now I gotta work with it cause I didn't email him and I fucking knew he was gonna send the wrong one.
like I said, maybe someone will give sympathy for a dickhead like you and pay the extra five bucks. but they'd have to be pretty damn stupid to do so.<img src=smilies/flipa.gif>

I loathe to agree with phonymike, the scumbag that he is, but Sniper's offer is a monumental ripoff. Caveat emptor indeed.
