In my personal experience, Shareaza.

But, I must point out, that's because I don't use it for Gnutella 1 :)

WinMX is dead. I do believe it was shutdown by the Feds. Anyway, Shareaza kicks ass. It does everything, even bittorrents.

Gnucleus (http://phex.kouk.de/mambo/>Phex</a>). Personally I use Phex for Gnutella because of its frequent updates and easy-to-use UI, and <a href=http://www.utorrent.com/>uTorrent</a> for BitTorrent, but I heard Gnucleus is pretty good too.
