I got approved for a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 SES with lots of pimping options for $12k and a 75,000mi bumper to bumper warranty with that price. I feel good. It's ownage to know someone that's a sales manager at a car dealer...and especially good when he's your step dad.

I offer $500 over invoice...take it or leave it.

I think cars are the biggest scam known to man! Even if a car was free 0 miles new its still a scam. Sorry, I really hate cars.

No offense, but the Ford Focus is one of the most poorly designed cars on the planet.
I had to drive one for 2 months when my car was totaled, and I hated every minute of it. They are literally pieces of shit.

This was a few thousand under invoice.

So why bother posting in a topic related to cars? It's rather pointless if you ask me.

Nope, I kindly disagree. There are a whole bunch of other cars that take that trophy. Just walk on a Kia car lot.

I bet you just hated the fact that you totalled your car--more than the car yourself. If you so hated it you would of gotten another car to drive plain and simple. And another thing, I've driven more cars than you--and probably owned more cars than you and I can tell you that the Focus is not as bad as you make it out to be.
Not only that, but this is the ONLY car I could of gotten. The Lexus I was driving threw a rod...and this after drving like grandma and the engine was rebuilt. Guess not everyone knows how to rebuild an engine. Not to mention, I don't really think I did that bad--it's a roomy little car with enough options to keep me interested.

Uh, no? I learned to drive in an early Focus and it was a good car. I dunno about recent models, but the older ones are nice.

OK. Whatever.

*I* didn't total my car. Sorry buddy, not everyone is a dumbass and totals every car they own, or have owned. The dipshit that didn't see 400 cars coming to a stop and rear-ended me totaled my car. I never have, and never will be the cause an accident.
>If you so hated it you would of gotten another car to drive plain and simple.
It was a rental, given to me by the idiot's insurance. Since I wasn't paying for it, I had no choice in the matter. Plain and simple.
>I've driven more cars than you--and probably owned more cars than you
Considering the reason you've owned so many cars, that's not exactly something to be proud of. Secondly, I doubt you've driven more cars than me. My father owned a car lot, as did my uncle, my father-in-law and my Grandfather.
>I can tell you that the Focus is not as bad as you make it out to be.
OK. Whatever. Come talk to me when it falls apart in 4 years.
> Not only that, but this is the ONLY car I could of gotten.
I highly doubt this. You've had Lexus, 3000GTs, and a few other sporty cars I can't recall at the moment. You SOMEHOW were able to get above average cars.
And you settled for a FORD. A FORD FOCUS. Nice. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Sorry. At the time I was talking to my brother about it like a few hours before and this just reminded me.

You can't say that you will never cause an accident...that's not possible--the only way is to never drive a car. And I really sense some issues with you...you just seem bitter about everything.

Wrong, that happend to my brother and he insisted on another vehicle and it was given to him.

You don't have the right to judge how I've owned the cars I have...so back the fuck off. Secondly, I've sold cars, my uncle sells cars, and my stepdad sells cars. I've driven my share of cars which has included but isn't limited to luxury cars, sports cars, higher-end sports cars (911, Viper, etc), and normal cars. Thanks.
> OK. Whatever. Come talk to me when it falls apart in 4

Considering I plan on keeping it until it gets paid off in 5 years I'll let you know how it turns out.

Number 1, you don't know anything about my situation so do not make the ASSUMPTION that you know what can or could happen. It so happends that this is the only new car that I could of gotten because of my situation.
> And you settled for a FORD. A FORD FOCUS. Nice. Don't say

I just have to say, fuck you too and have a nice fucking day also. I hope you get help for your obvious problem of excessive negativity.

Yes, yes I can. I will NEVER be in an accident caused by me. I don't fuck up on the road. Regardless, have fun in your Ford POS.
You suck.
You settled for a Ford Focus. I agree with punjman. You should not have accepted that great deal for a perfectly drivable brand new car with a good warranty at a good price. Shame on you.

No, no you can't. You'll get disproved in some form or fashion if you continue to believe you're invincible. No one's perfect. And yes, I will have fun in my Ford thank you.
P.S. Get some help with the anger thing, you'll have a breakdown with all this bitterness and anger.

Didn't say I was perfect. I said I don't screw up on the road.

Probably not before your car breaks down. You know, because it's a POS.

First time I was in a Focus was on the autobahn about 2 weeks ago (passenger, not driver). The driver was going about 100 mph most of the time, it was a pretty good car, smooth ride.
