Yes

Are you counting his High Level Assembler as C++, or are you noting that his tools were written in C++, or is there something I'm missing? It's still assembler...

I'm not even sure what to do. There's a bunch of C++ files and stuff, but I can't exactly compile them because my XP doesn't run DOS programs correctly. I'm not even sure how to make those other files or whre to put the files.
also it keeps reading "E:" in the directory check instead of "C:" and I don't even have a fucking "E:" drive.
oh BTW guess what the fucking REAL DOS program does, it fucking shuts off right away like all the other fucking DOS programs!

I'm showing that yes it is possable to make a full NES game from start to finish on your own (not just a hack or demo but that would be the place to start) and this guy is giveing out some tools he made that might help you.

It is, but you probably would got better results with pure 6502 ASM. We have good compilers, but they're not popular... :|

There is a manual at http://neshla.sourceforge.net/

I don't have XP but try running command for a shell window.

Fucking yes it's fucking possible, but it will be fucking slow unless you fucking write it in ASM because ASM is the fucking shit. Fuck.

Too bad this doesn't come with a client to sort things easier.

Um...yes it can. Have you ever actually tried it?

That's because it needs a commandline argument of some sort, more than likely. type command into the run prompt to start up a DOS shell, navigate to the directory it's in and try running it that way. Alternatively, search for the XP Powertoy that gives you an option when you right click a folder to open a DOS command prompt in that folder.

Yep it can. You can use Comand line which you get with XP and if it doesn't work with the specific program, u can still use Dos emulator Dosbox (http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/news.php?show_news=1).
