The item pretty much looks new, but since I don't own an iPod I can't use it. So I thought someone would want it. I actually wanted to sell it on eBay and may put it up afterwards if it doesn't sell here or anywhere else. The box is a bit beat up and torn but the item is in great condition, and it includes the manual and software CD.

the site's a sham. stores like walmart and target offer it for 25 bucks everyday.

Where I live, you can't find it anywhere but a few stores carrying it at the MSRP. So, depending on where the buyer lives, this would be a steal.
