What we need is technology that allows us to have a brain snapshot. For instance, in PHP if I want to recall an array later I'll serialize it and store it somewhere (such as in a session). Emulators have save state. That's what we need for our brains.
I have all these ideas about how I'm going to handle the complete rewrite of one of my client's sites...but I never understand what I write down about it and I won't remember EVERYTHING I thought of. I need a snapshot of all the ideas as they are EXACTLY in short term memory. It makes sense now, but when I start to have missing pieces it won't make sense anymore....and I have to waste time rethinking problems.
If someone doing neurological research can handle that for me, I'd appreciate it.
