Well...we've sold things for people on eBay, and the last thing we sold was a $12,000 Grant Wood painting. On the auction, it said that we would provide more information on the people the painting was passed down to...specifically it said "Will be glad to give more names and details to interested parties." Some dickweasel bid on and won the auction, paid the money, received the painting, and waited another 3 weeks before asking about the names. Turns out our seller doesn't know the full name of the guy Grant Wood gave the painting to, only his last name and his daughter's name (who was her father's first wife). It says on the auction how the guy gets the painting though: in payment for doctoring services. None of this satisfies dickweasel, who promptly becomes enraged and says they want their money back. Actually I thought on the auction it said no refunds, but apparently not (oops). Even still, it's fucking eBay....caveat emptor, people. Mom says no refund because the money was split up 3 fuckin weeks ago and it would be a pain in the ass to have to reverse everything. Tensions rise, and next thing you know, they say they're suing us. US. Fucker won't even talk to the women whose painting it was...we've been messengers this whole time, and now dickweasel wants to kill the messenger? Puhleeze. Their intelligence was shown when they thought the best time to ask for more info on a $12,000 purchase is a month after they bought it.
