Patching ??

Hi i have resently downloaded Bahamut Lagoon from home of the underdogs but i cant figure out how to patch the game so i can get english text ?? :( plz help me because i just love those old Console rpg's :)

sorry if this is explained in another post but i have tried to search for something with patching but i havent found anything.

IPSWin is very easy to use. i've attached a zipped copy for your patching pleasure.

I could've sworn the one I remember seeing on that site being already patched (I hate that....it's almost like not giving credit to the people who created the patch).
