BELIEVE ME, i know how ridiculous this auction and the asking price is. A friend of mine is going insane as he's about to get married and has made a total 180 practically overnight.
Nonetheless, i post it here for your amusement and to gawk at a serious collector's collection.
*btw the ebay user selling it for him is a ZMDer. He's just the messenger so don't shoot him.

No way in hell all that's worth $19k usd. He'd get more out of it if he parted it all out. I've got most of that stuff (minus the books and misc)...no way my shit's worth anywhere near that. Good luck to who ever is auctioning that...maybe he'll get his payday.

Yeah, its a little silly. But, at least it didn't sell, now I can try again to talk him out of sellingit in one big auction.

You still pay the listing fees even if it doesn't sell.

Well, I made him pay any and all fees associated with the auction. So, I wasn't out anything.

He should sell them either seperately or in smaller groups if he wants to get rid of them. But nobody's going to foot 20,000 dollars for that. It's common sense... any gamer that has 20,000 dollars to spend on games either
A. Already has them all
B. Doesn't have them, but can afford to buy them all new without blinking
IF he sold the rarer ones seperately and some of the others in small bulk pages he could make some money.

If it weren't for the fact that he clearly stated the games were in Japanese, I'd ask him how much he wanted for Xenogears. Alas, I cannot play import games on anything but an emulator for now and also, I'd prefer being able to actually tell what the people are saying instead of having to learn to read Kanji.
