Huh? I would have thought it was more like a clip from Full Metal were Winry was wiggling her ass, now I never saw Kui's gif but that clip would be hilarious along with that scene of Ed... ah never mind.

I'm sure it's from the episode where she gets her hands on Ed's watch and goes to take it apart. She's clutching it with her back to the "camera," wiggling back and forth.
