View Full Version : Music of Choice While Dying

I always thought about it and I still can't come to a conclusion. What would be the ideal music to play either at your funeral or while you are dying? It's always bothered me. I can't pick just one song to account for all my feelings and experiences in life.
That would be the purpose of playing a song at my death...either that or to send a hate-filled warning message
It is so difficuly to pick. For some reason [and please, keep the laughing to a minumum] I thought of playing Queen: Bohemium Rapsody (sp?!). But I know for sure it would end up being some sort of ultra collage of some really strange music.
But hey, I have at least 2 months before I jump off that cliff, right?

What song should be played while I'm dying? How about Aeris' theme from FF7, the one that plays whehn Aeris is killed be Sephiroth. Or maybe that's a little too fruity... :P

It would be Godsmack - Voodoo. There's also that sung by Korn that says "Feelin so alive" but I don't remember which song that was.

I'd personally prefer to have Jesus Built My Hot-Rod by Ministry play at my funeral. I don't know why. It just sort of makes sense, in a fucked up kind of way.

I'd have to go with a few choices.
Adema - Pain Inside
Adema - Giving In
Placebo - Every You, Every Me
And, just to have one that actually kinda fits with the death scene.
Incubus - Wish You Were Here

Hmmm, at my funeral i'd probably like Nile - Ruins played, though Deicide - To be dead, would also be pretty sweet.
