Problem with the new version of super super jukebox

Hey I'm having a mjaor problem with the new version of super jukebox. I downloaded this last night and installed it , but when I tried to play a SPC file it said: (failed to load or play SPC file). I don't know what the problem is but I definently need some help with this problem.
