Reading the descriptions of all of the NES emulators hosted here at Zophar.net, it appears that some of them do indeed. Perhaps not the majority, or even your emulator of choice, but, by reading the descriptions in my 1 minute search gave me the answer of "Yes".

I played Family Feud and Bomberman online with Nesticle years ago. Reallllly fun.

FCEU, Nestopia, NNNesterJ, and Virtua NES all have Netplay in addition to being a great emulator

How the fuck did you do that when NESticle doesn't even support online play?

I'm pretty sure you can do connections from IP to IP,.,, I could be wrong

but you're not. Although nesticle was very bad at Netplay, it still had it.
