Help involving PSX GS/AR conversion

Hello all. New here, and really sorry to pull the whole "Join and post once" thing, but I'm not currently a member of any forum. My problem is that I need to find a way to convert Some US Gameshark codes to PAL (Action Replay?) compatible ones. Specifically, the "pec" utility features codes for the US version of the game "Star Gladiator" only. Any alternative solutions would also be appreciated.
