Well, my ex is stopping by tomorrow. She's going to be playing a song for me that I wrote the words to (I have no musical talent, so I can't do the music myself). She's got some music for me to listen to and come up with words for as well.

As much as I despise the thought of having to put up with her for the day, it's kind of interesting to think that we may be forming a "business" relationship in the near future . . . If that happened, maybe she'd stop trying to constantly get back together with me?

Hey, man, this could be the break you need. Look, you're extremely intelligent, very gifted and someone well inclined artistically....Take it as a business venture nothing more. Keep your heart intact, and you'll be cool.

It's not my heart I'm concerned about:-D j/k

Seriously though, I'm in no danger of "caving" for her, but she is constantly talking about how lonely she is and how one of her few regrets is that the two of us split (though she doesn't fully regret the things that she did to get the two of us split in the first place, but that's a different story) . . . Fortunately though, not mixing business and pleasure is one of the things she still believes in.
