Okay so I have epsxe and love it muchly but lately it's been giving me some problems..

when I go to file --> run bios, the splash screen loads and then it goes to the memory card/cd player screen but seems to freeze there. I can't access my memory cards or anything! T_T (I use the SCPH1001 bios but I've tried others too, and they all seem to freeze up in the same manner.)

Secondly, I try to load the game "Rhapsody" and I can't get it to load. Other games seem to load well but this one just won't seem to work. It has a pre-load screen that says "X for PAL O for NTSC" but no matter what I press, it won't load.

I suspect that both of these are probably related to the gpu plugin I use but I've tried a variety of different ones and with different settings and can't seem to get a break. (I have an NVIDIA geForce2 which seems to be in fine working order o.o)

If any of you guys have suggestions or have solved these problems before, I'd be eternally grateful for your help~

I'm not sure other than to make sure you have your mem cards configured right,...

Have you tried a software graphics plug-in? I had a problem with one game freezing on the loading splash screen, the (more than likely) more accurate software plug-in fixed it.

What're you using? I personally recommend Pete's Plug-ins...although for sound, generally, I like to use Eternal SPU, not that Pete's Dsound plug-in is a bad choice at ALL...

Oh, and if you haven't already, download ePSXecutor...it helps configuration of ePSXe a lot, making it very simple to have custom settings for games that require specific settings to work.
