Trouble with PocketVCS

Whenever I try to load a rom file, it won't recognize any atari roms files in the menu for some reason. Any idea what is wrong?

I'm on a Dell Axim X30.

Nevermind, now it is working for some strange reason. Though it does seem to be running too fast, even when I turn the emulation speed all the way down.

That is odd, now it doesn't want to load anything besides Combat, but I can see them in the menu now.

Any ideas why this emulator acts so strange?
