i went to get gas tonight...stopped in at the usual hess around 11:30p. filled the tank..and on the way out, some dude was stopped in the middle of the little exit ramp. his hood was up and he had a pair of jumper cables.
i decided to get some fresh air, so the windows and moon roof were open...i just stopped and asked if he needed a jump.
so..i turned around and let him hookup to my car.
that's my good deed for the day.
i don't think having the power of god with me makes me invincible....but if i didn't have a handgun, i wouldn't have offered assistance because the dude may have mugged me, stolen my car, shot me, etc...
