Is there like, a way I can load an MP3 Decoder onto my CD player?
I dont want to go through the trouble of burning all my songs in .wav format. They sound crappy and take up way too much space!

Unless your CD player is a laptop, no.
There are MP3 CD players available for cheap, try picking up one of those. Better yet pick up a used Nomad Jukebox for $30 on ebay.
