Ever have someone you had to work with but couldn't stand? I have. And I do.
Now that I've been sent to the pressroom. (A good Production Manager -nice title, no raise yet- goes where he must) I've noticed my employer has made a major contribution to hiring the handicapped.Having to only see these two 4 hours a day was fine. 8 is fucking killing me.
Between the two of 'em a Speed Queen Washer is smarter. Hell, I've had smarter paperclips.
So now that I'm in the back, or "Acme Hell" as Mandy puts it, my main responsibility is to see work gets out on time. Which with these two means asking the snake out in the garden for help. Same blank look, same result.
This clown that goes into the bathroom with his cell phone, well, he's missing a few fries outta his Happy Meal. Boy thinks all I want to do all day is hear him talk about his kid, the fact the little freakazoid wants to get his ear pierced, or that he knows everything about nothing. Um, you figure that out.
Oh, and the girl in the bindery. We have a winner here. That driveway goes NOWHERE near the fucking garage. I think it leads to a calm lake with lots of duckies.<img src=smilies/snipersmilie.gif> Anyway, this freakin' emmy award winner wants me to do her work too....she's got a hurt back, Do I feel bad for her? Yes. Am I gonna do her work? Yes. If she goes home. If it hurts that bad that you can't work, either suck it up and work, or do the smart thing and go home.
There is never enough money to replace your health.

Way to go on the promotion bud, and on that guy with the cell phone, tell him no personal calls besides break and make him leave his cell phone where he can't get at it, them fucken cell phones and PDA's, seems every fucken idiot I see has one and they won't put them down till they run out of money, they should be banned at all workplaces except for people who need them like salesmen and production managers and such or unless your wife/husband is sick or pregnant or something like that. <img src=smilies/cwm11.gif>
