Yea ok I usually don't give in to all the hype on a particular "illness" that the media beats to death...but seriously I've got all the symtoms except the vomitting...am I going crazy? Or am I just sick as a dog? Being sick in the summer is not fun let me tell you.

I live 18 miles north of Dallas. I've been doing a few things outside in the evening time around last Fri-Sun. I called a doctor and he said Vomitting is like a sure sign, and since I'm not doing it then most likely I don't have it.
*Note: Read my update post in this topic for the explination of my illness.

Thanks to everyone who posted but I finally figured out what as made me so sick...the lake that our area gets our water from is infested with TONS of alge (spelling?) and TONS and TONS of Ragweed and other pollens I'm super sensitive too...I called the city and they gave me the info I needed to make this conclusion. It's happend before, the water would taste and smell like...well I won't describe it to you...but anyway I might be in and out for about a week while I await a full blown upper respatory infection and or pnemonia. Sucks not having health insurance.
BTW Monkey, I feel for ya I've got a friend who lives in BR and there's no escaping those damn skeeters.

I didn't know that there was any city in the U.S., in recent years, that consistently had tap water that bad.

Shit, that happened here, water tastes, smells, and looks like dirt. But apearantly it's okay to drink so they're not doing anything about it.

We've got NICE water here in Utah. It's crystal clear and tastes great (better than bottled, I think).
Problem is, we're running out of it. Four straight years of drought... we've got watering and irrigation restrictions in place already and several smaller towns are just plain out o' water. /wwwthreads/images/icons/tongue.gif
