Looking for info on S.I.G.I.L.

Hi,
I`m looking for any info on S.I.G.I.L. (Squares Interpreted Game Intelligence Language). It was written by Brian Fehdrau in `95. Even if it`s just a short article from a magazine, I would be glad to get it.
