Right from the horses mouth:

See the mission undesirable video.
Near the end of the video, the daily show shows footage of Dubya at a campaign rally. During this campaign rally he miss speaks and states that the US will not have an all volunteer army! The audience reaction is priceless! Freudian slip? I dont know. I am not american so I do not really care. The video is hillarious!
Please note: This is a fairly old broadcast. I understand that some of you might have already seen it.

As a side note to this, if you are a true american, you should already be reading "America: The Book". I think even Danoz will be able to get some laughs out it
But seriously, for $16 it is totally worth it.

LoL, yea I've seen this. In fact, I believe I heard him say it live and I'm sure I cringed. Not sure I agree with Freudian slips (Or any theory put forth by Freud, for that matter). To spin off in a different direction, I have trouble believing that the root of our being is sex and agreession, and this unseen "ID" is our true, unconcious desire (and of course, morality is purely conditioned). Plus, I don't know how much we can trust somebody who's foundation of research becan with him finding his naked mother sexually appealing

I was flipping through it and got a few laughs, John Stewart is fairly clever. But what I find even more humorous, is when people tell me that "The Daily Show" is thier only source of news..

The chapter in the book on the media is priceless. And Jon Stewart was the best thing to happen to the Daily Show once they gave Kilborn the boot.

Frued was a nutjob. Most of his ideas were completely off the wall.

Ugh, I fully disagree. Stewart is like Jay Leno...funny sometimes, but annoying as shit the rest of the time. Kilborn was at least amusing and not really annoying, and the rest of the "journalists" were pretty decent too. After only a month or two of Stewart being on that show, I stopped watching it entirely and I'm thoroughly amazed that it's lasted. From what I understand now, while it is a comedic news program still, it's mostly taking the liberal viewpoint? If so, I'm glad I'm not watching it, because at that point, even if it is funny, it's not really different than watching CNN and the like.
