Here's a weird problem I'm having, wondering if it's just me or not. I was trying to play Xenogears (original disk, happens wether it's an ISO or not) with Pete's OpenGL plug-in because that's the only plug-in that seems to work for me (unless there's some setting I'm not aware of in the DX plug-ins) with the crazy heat wave effect in the very beginning of the game, but I've noticed that for some reason the FMVs act very werid with it. They seem to work fine with the DirectX plug-in, and I've not noticed this problem with other game's FMV.
At any rate, does this happen to anyone but me, or am I just screwed. lol

I'm using the Omega drivers from omegadrivers.net that are tweaked ATI Radeon drivers that can install on any Radeon chipset, including that of my laptop, thereby allowing me to not have to use OEM drivers. It works perfectly (used to have major problems with DX 7, but that was fixed in a recent version...apparently this was a laptop problem), but this version of them has an experimental feature ATI is adding to their driverset called AI that is meant to more intelligently (and therefore more in a more optimized way) render 3-D scenes, and that was what was messing it up in OpenGL. Disabled it and it works fine now. I wonder why it didn't do that in DirectX mode? And the game worked fine except the FMVs. Weird.
*edit*
Strangely, it now works no matter what setting of AI I put it on, disabled, normal, highest...all work the same on it now. Perhaps it's settings needed to be initialized to work properly on my system? O_o
*edit 2*
Ok then, it appears to be not working again, so I'm going to stop screwing with this setting and just disable it for now, until it's out of beta. :P

On second thought, maybe it was a sound issue. That's it, I need a damn break from this emulator. :P
