When I'm drunk, I become this happy Don Juan Demarco lover guy. That's a total departure from my girlfriend's dad who becomes *more* of an asshole when he;s drunk.

Obviously, that works out all good for me as far as she's concerned. My question: What do you think about the idea that alcohol can be considered a "truth syrum"?
