Baby Mario (a NES game)

Ok, when I was very young, I was playing a game with my sister. That game, for nes, was called BABY MARIO. That's all I know about it :-S I don't even know if it's a hack or a real game or anything. Anybody know the game or have some info about it ?

It's a pirate of the game BioBaby Upa or something like that...I might have the original japanese title wrong), but that's it basically. Heh, you may have noticed that it doesn't really have anything to do with Mario. :)
