You know, I've noticed something. People take what they want out of the news and turn it into religious fodder....Fuck that.
I'm tired of people using a political situation to there favor cause something was done and it sucks.
It's fucking old. Get over it.
The whole government deal is. We all need to get a grip. But when you use a dumbass news clip to ignite a flame war, possibly....THAT IS JUST WRONG....

Yeh, sadly there's lots of people in the world like that. What's wrong with keeping your prayers silent? How does that infringe on any rights? You obviously want/need people to hear you if you can't keep it silent. I think he has been here long enough to know you shouldn't even bring up the word religion on this board, because it always turns into a flame war.

Think about this possibility. Maybe people can actually be concerned about something and need to vent about it a little. That's different from using a news story to further an agenda, don't you think? I've also noticed the tendency of a couple people to run for a stick anytime "God" or "religion" is mentioned. That's just as wrong.

I agree with you and would have had no problem with the original post...but when you blame something you don't like done on a group (Left-wing nuts, of which I happen to be one), it's just not nice. That was what made me take offense. I didn't mean to offend anyone. But you are right about people running for that stick....
