Tales of Phantasia PSX Translation?

I remember a few years back I stumbled upon someone who had taken DeJap's translation for Tales of Phantasia, and used it to translate the PSX version. Now I am trying to find that file and I can't. Can anyone point me to a link for where to find this?

Hm...I know Cless is working on the PSX version, though I'm not certain how far along it is...I do know there's a playable demo.
