going to install xm satellite radio in the car as soon as they arrive. i decided not to get the sr2 antenna like my friend because i didn't want that wire running across the roof of the car, and i would have to lift the rear window.

installing should be a snap...

How many of those satellite radio stations exist, right now?

Yah, it's a pretty bad ass idea. I fucking hate commercials and 32khz radio quality.

3 beers for XM! <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>

Pretty much the radio equivalent to digital cable TV. I bet it'll kick ass.

With DVDs we got the joys of CSS and loss of fair use rights. Please understand though, I love DVDs. The quality is amazing. It's just that I see each succesive new form of media increasingly taking away consumer rights. I really hope that XM turns out to be kick ass. I just hope that Clear Channel isn't allowed to fuck it up like they did 70% of our standard airwaves.
