Why not delete it since it haven't been used for a years and since most announcement are posted in TOTT ?

That would be awesome...just call Announcments "Doughnuts". Everyone sees a new message, so their like "Whoa! There's a new donut!" then the other guy says "speaking of donuts, I was eating a donut while my girflriend and her friend were naked with me in my master bedroom..." then the other guy says "That would be interesting."

I must be really bored.
