That wasn't the clincher in this case. The prosecution didn't have anything but the fallous claim of a young, very sexually active teenager hungry for attention. The prosecution dropped the expert opinion of a medical examiner because he had information damning to the girl's already weak case-- they have to disclose this information, they can't just drop it and act like it never existed.

I say good for Kobe. He made a horrible mistake being unfaithful to his wife, but that doesn't make him a rapist deserving of this deceptive mess.
