i think i might try and stay somewhere cheaper than that hotel. if i can stay in seattle for 33 bucks a night, i can damn well stay in virginia for that much, too.

btw, what does one bring to something like this? just myself? i don't really feel like lugging any hardware with me.

If you play consoles, bring your consoles. If you play pc games, bring your pc. They have the hookups (and TVs when necessary).

i regret to inform everyone that i will not be attending magfest this year. my trip to seattle has proved too expensive to have another excursion so soon afterwards. maybe some other time you can all gaze at my beautiful visage ;)

Alrighty folks. The countdown is on.

I'll be arriving Thursday night and need to unload all my audio equipment. Help?

Also, I'll be selling ATHF, Mooninites, Zelda, Mario, InuYasha, etc t-shirts. I'm dropping $500-1000 on this trip and I need to recoup some of that cash...if anyone volunteers to spend some time and man the table (staff, mods or just friends) I'll give you a cut....if you sell nothing, I'll at least buy you the $5.99 buffet <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

i found out yesterday that my ride has run into some serious financial trouble and might not be able to make the trip. if this is so, then i will not be able to go. additionally, i have an art history test on oct. 4th and i'm slightly nervous about. i'll keep you updated if anyone cares.

I have a ton of tshirts, hats...even ATHF dolls and inflatables...for sale at MAGFest. I'm putting out $500 upfront just to be there, let alone eating expenses and such, to do sound for the 2 concerts. Help me make some of it back.
