How would I go about setting up firefox so that if I were to just type in "zophar" it would take me to the forums? I believe I read before that you can do stuff like this, but I have no idea how.

Yes, FireFox does a bang-up job of hiding its many features. Go to Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks. Click the New Bookmark button and put in all the information. 'Keyword' is the one that works as an alias, so you would put 'zophar' in there.

Just don't seem to really care much about emulation as of late. As long as I have my Visual Boy Advance and the newest translation patches I'm set.

Is there a way to type in "anything" that is not an alias and it will go directly to "anything.com" instead of waiting for DNS to fail? (I did something to mine that instead of going to anything.com it does a google search for "anything")

Hmm...it's set up by default to do a search, so the google result is normal. I don't know of a 'feature' that would do it (that is, I'd have to make an extension or hack at it to make it do that), but you can type anything into the url bar and hit ctrl+enter and it will go to anything.com (which is almost what you wanted). Also, shift+enter goes to anything.net and ctrl+shift+enter goes to anything.org.
