View Full Version : Is a Sega Demo System DS-16 worth anything?

I saw one today at a thrift store. $12.99, includes a Genesis console, the DS-16 unit, AC adapter, rf cable thing and two controllers. If it's worth anything, I'll buy it and sell it to someone for some profit <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

Forget wether it's worth something or not...what is it even? I've never even heard of this thing...is it like a modified Genesis or something?

If I remember correctly, it's an attachment that was frequently used in stores for Genesis display models. It was a weird looking base that you could plug six cartridges into at once, and (I assume) switch between cartridges fairly easily.

Ah, I think I might've saw that once...that is kinda cool actually. If I saw one I'd buy it just to have it.
