I had been playing LEB and TSS on one computer (using Ages) and I saved all my brm files. Today, on my new laptop, I installed all the programs and copied the old brm files. When I try to use the old brm files, I either don't see any of the saves or I receive a data corruption error (in the game - when the mainscreen would otherwise load). How do I get around this? How do I load up these saved files properly?

I'd be willing to mail the brm files to anybody who would be willing and able to check to make sure that they are themselves alright, but I am not sure why they would have gone bad if indeed they did.

Thanks,
Steve

The author of Ages has changed the specification of his brm-files in version 0.29. Your old brm-files are not readable for further versions or in gens or kega. Try your old version of ages and everything should be fine... if not, then look trough your files with a hex-editor, if you can find the names of your heroes or not. In the first case your savegames are o.k. and i have no clue, what's wrong... in the second your savegames are lost.
