My wife has this problem at work. She's running Windows 2K Pro, and everything works fine, but at the end of the day, she has to open up her print queues, and cancel all the documents.

They all DO print when she needs them to, but the job, once completed does not get flushed. So then when she restarts her computer, the printer will go crazy with over 100 print jobs it still needs to complete, unless before she restarts, she goes into the print queue, and deletes all the jobs.

Is there a setting to have the queue delete the job once it's done? I always thought it was a standard setting, but maybe not.

We're using NT 3.5, but everything from every computer is spooled to print there. We can set it for the que to clear, or to hold the stuff.
It sounds like it should be something she should be able to set with printer preferences.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
