Are there any PSF convert that will convert them to wav?

Use Highly Experimental (the winamp plugin for psx files). Use the DiskWriter output plugin for winamp:
1) Hit Ctrl+P
2) Highlight the Output Plugins option on the left side of the pref window
3) Select Nullsoft Disk Writer
4) Hit Configure
5) Specify a path for the thing to put the .wav files
6) play the PSF as normal
Instead of hearing the playback... it will be written to a wav file at the designated path. Be sure to switch back to waveOut or the DirectSound plugin (whichever you were using) when you're done.

The LAME mp3 output plugin works pretty well too. <img src=smilies/cwm11.gif>

If you want to hear playback, use an output plug-in like Simon's Output Switch that lets you use two output plug-ins at once.
