I posted a while back asking about what I could do to help my wrist pains from computer use and was recommended one of these. So far it's a little strange, but seems better.

For those of you who might also use one: Did you elevate your keyboard any? And would you recommend getting one for the mouse too? I saw some pads with one on them, but I didn't have enough for both. The keyboard is the one I was mainly looking at. Got it in blue!

So, any thoughts?

I use both the keyboard and mouse gel wrist rests at work....when you're on the computer 9hrs at work, it really does help. When i first started working, i didn't use them, and i actually got pains in both my wrists (which isn't too surprising after 15 years of ice hockey having broken both wrists more times than i can remember....without ever casting them...dumb) and I needed to take breaks after a few months. I haven't had any problems since i got them. I'd highly recommend the mouse rest too...you don't realize how much it really helps until you've gone without it, and then have one. ...and I'm all about the BLUE too!

I use one for my KB at home, and at work, but for my mouse, I never use one. It seems useless to me.
