Fuck that, I want freedom condoms, with W on the front and strips down the sides. Guaranteed to get you 50% more American pussy!

Back on the subject, yeah, this is stupid. They're jumping on the "patriotic" bandwagon by slapping a flag on a product and marketing it on pure sentimental value.

"But the taste has soured a little for Republicans because Heinz empire heiress Teresa Heinz-Kerry is married to John Kerry"

I'll leave it at that...

I'm sick and tired of people calling them "Freedom Fries". It only proves their ignorance and/or stupidity. The "French" in "French Fries" refers to cutting into thin strips, not the country of France. Same goes with French Toast In fact, French Fries actually came from Belgium I believe.

To be fair, it doesn't say anything about politicians endorsing this silliness. It looks like it's just a publicity stunt.

Eh, this is hardly something Republicans are going to support in drones. It was the media and the opposition that overblew the "freedom fries" story anyway, when it was only a quick joke made when France betrayed America (whose absense from this conflict puts American lives in danger).... really, who gives a shit about a food title. I didn't see one food store that used the title in the first place.

As for this ketchup. Who cares? Whoever started this knew that they could get the free advertising from the media and the Limbaughs of the world. Somebody will make a lot of money, and the attention will drown (unless democrats and liberals insist on brining it up over and over again, much like they have with "freedom fries") I'd say it's a pretty brilliant move. and certainly not something "republicans" were lobbying for

I think they just find his hypocracy when speaking about the lower-class fairly obvious.

That it is. Not even worth a shred of media coverage.

What aspect of it is he condemning, exactly? I'm never heard him say there was anything wrong with being rich.

This is true....you must pay attention to detail Danoz....Kerry never said being rich was a bad thing....being corrupted, irresponsible, money-grubbing, rights-smashing, life-destroying ass-hole rich bitches was the bad part (took some liberty in paraphrasing, but you get the idea). So, if you're Enron, WorldCom, Global Crossing, Adelphia, Tyco, Haliburton, etc CEO's that did nothing but caring about getting more money at the expense of others, then yes, the IRRESPONSIBLE rich lifestyles are condemable. Hell, you can be rich....just dont be a cock smoker about it.
