Well it takes a high level character (usually), alot of potions, alot of either VIT, STR, or INT (for mage), and pateince. And of course some luck...you need to find the boss monster--that in itself is the hard part. =D

Uhhhhh...a trick to speed up gameplay for broadband and highend computer users is to type "/skip" without the quotes. as for refresh rate...ummm..I have not clue...it runs good for me.
