All of a sudden, the menubars in windows explorer and IE have disappeared and I can't get them back. I tried setting my theme to windows classic, reinstalling SP2, and right clicking on the toolbars and looking for a option to enable it but there isn't one there. Hopefully I won't have to reinstall or anything.

Right click on the toolbar and select 'Menu'. That's happened more than once to me in Windows. FUcking shitheaded OSes.

That option isn't there. Just Standard Buttons, Address, Links, Find, Google, and Lock Toobars and Customize.

Ok, I got it. It turned out to be a small registry problem.
