I am SO SICK of this mid-east crap.

Saddam was a threat to the US...we took him out. Done. Let's get the hell out and let these idiots kill each other off. In 10 years when they're nothing but ruins and they beg us for help, then we can get the oil.

Umm... you realise that this particular group of militants is essentially on the coalition's side? (or as close to it as we're likely to get there)

And no, he wasn't a threat - or at least, he certainly wasn't a danger of the kind that merited a war. How many times do people need to be told that? And I think you'll have to forgive the disgruntled population of Iraq for not coming round to your way of thinking yet. Yeah, things are getting better for them, but I'd be willing to bet you wouldn't choose to live there just now.

I don't want to start a flame war, but I always tough that the USA take cares of things which are none of their business. I say that because I also think that we should let them kill themself.

Fuck the people who think that the USA should stay there and fix the things up. We're trying to do good things for the people of Iraq and they're basically screaming about infidels and Allah and shit, so fuck 'em. If they want us gone, fine, leave.

Shouldn't have gone there in the first place. Thanks for killing a bunch of people USA, better you than Saddam right?

Going in there, capturing or killing Saddam (much less a threat than a whole lot of people that we haven't done so with), and going back out wouldn't have been much different than not going at all...his pompous ass would have been killed by someone else in that region. Instead, we get to see a pointless trial. I would laugh if it's another OJ...then what the hell would happen? I mean seriously....all they had to do was "accidentally" bomb him to pieces to avoid this.

Yeah, that way we can guarantee that Iraq will pose a threat to us in the future. In addition to ruining our international reputation and losing a ton of lives, we would have another terrorist state to deal with, possibly with access to oil money and hidden caches of chemical and biological weaponry. Even better, maybe another dictator will come to power and take those things instead.

Ok, but in the event of a divorce, I get half of what you would own if you were twice as wealthy.

Deal! That's better odds than what I would normally get!
