Could someone Hook me up with the best Plugins i need to run ePSXe? the ones i tried gave me a renderering error (video) and i cant get far with out a good video plugin :-p sooo.. please help me! ^^ Thanks

Go with Pete's plugins. They're undeniably the best ones out there.

And if you get rendering errors with the others, if all else fails, the software one will probably still work. Plus it's just better in some cases besides.
