Im sure most of you out there who are fans of Pokemon have heard of the allegid "Cloud City", and it has never been reached, EVER, and I was wondering if someone out there who is good at hacking games and making new graphics in the game could make a Pokemon game with cloud city, sort of like, like the Regular Red Version, but you have acess to cloud city, sound good? anyway, i think it could be a huge hit, and of course, the person who made it would get full credit, anyone intrested? if so, post your ideas here!!! <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif><img src=smilies/thumb.gif>

Look, I hacked the hell out of crystal, but grafix are not my specialty. If you wanna get a group project started, I'll help. Find a graphix haxor.
I'm better at text and events shiznit.
It does sound like a cool idea, though.

You get into Cloud City by beating the elite four and then doing something so you can walk around in the hall of fame room. You have to go do something in there and walk through a wall and you're in Cloud City. There's a PokeMart there and you can buy Masterballs there for 0P.

Thats the rumor anyways... >.>

For the love of god, please tell me this isn't like this website I read once where there was some crazy story about skipping the SS Anne using surf, and there being and island with a truck on it behind the boat, and Mew being on the truck, and having to fight Ash's mom or some shit like that, then finding some thingy-ma-doodle that lets you go under the sea to find Foobarmon, the Poke-god or whatever... <img src=smilies/upeyes.gif>

I wish I had the link still...it was absolutely priceless. It didn't make any sense, it was one large run-on, and the website's colors were headache inducing. :P It even had animated GIFs!

But seriously, if this is a real thing, cool. Programmers do sometimes leave dummied out stuff in games simply because it'd be too much work to take them out in some cases.

Still it wouldnt be hard to add all that. There's plenty of unused Pokemon slots, like pokemon 152-255. You can get them using a Gameshark. They look messed. You might be able to edit them and add Pokegods, and edit an unused map (because I've glitched my way into one) and turn it into Cloud City. You could stick a Pokemart in there that sells Master Balls for free.

Adding it in is one thing (if someone wants to do it, that's cool. I have a great respect for ROM hackers). Making up over elaborate non-sensical stories about how to get X thing (that also doesn't make sense at all) in a game while knowing that that thing doesn't exist (come on? Fighting Ash's Mom? What the hell is that? lol) is different. <img src=smilies/laff.gif>

Well, if cloud city is in the rom already and it is possible to access it, than making a hack with it wouldn't be hard. All you would need to do is make it easier to get to.
