ummmm... I don't like this guy. Can I say scam! Yeah I can. Oh! And guess what. My parents have paid $1500 for books, paper, and classes telling them if they buy houses and sell them you can make money. I would like to tell them that they are getting ripped off but I don't know how to. I just hope they don't lose more money off it.

Reminds me of that king of the hill episode with jeff goldblum.

Scam? Absolutely.

Read and decide for yourself... :) tell your parents to get real jobs, where no "startup fees" are needed to make money -_-

It always disturbs me to see people taken in by these stupid "get rich quick" schemes.

well you see I have but will listen, no. So the only thing I can do is sit back and let them learn for themselves. I just feel bad for them, really. The thing is is that I thought they where smarter then that. Funny that they always tell me that you can't start up at the top. You have to work for your shit. Then they go and do some stupid shit like this. I know scams when I see it and I can't understand that they can't. I just don't belive that they did this. I can only hope that they didn't sign any contracts with that fucker.<img src=smilies/banghead.gif>

That sucks.

Why dont you print off some of the websites and shove it in their face. Let them see that it is a scam. Smack them over the head with it.

Personally, I dont see how making money off a house can be so complicated. You look for a bad house in a good neighbour hood at a low price. You put money into it and fix it up then put it back onto the market.

But I don't know what i am talking about. How would I know that these sites are real and not fake. They know better then me. What ever.<img src=smilies/upeyes.gif> I am just going to get drunk and let them find out. I just don't know. I can't belive it. Really I can't. I think its that they don't want to know. I have already called them at work. I gave them the addresses. I doubt they will look. Tomarrow I will try again. Till then I am going to drink and watch the news.

Oh my god! Did you go to these hotel classes too?

I am just so pissed. I am going to stop reading more shit I have found on this guy(yes there is more with a simple google search). This is really fucked up for me becuase they have never done something like this before. They know better. Why? Why? Why? Why didn't they research this? How do you people, my friends, my 15 year old brother, me find all this shit to be a scam and they can't. Its fucked up really. I just can't belive it. I wish they gave me the 15 hundred to me to tell them that if you buy shit and sell it for more you make money.

Exactly, and in many cases a bad house in a semi-alright neighbourhood being fixed up can work wonders. We bought this house that we currently live in that, while in good condition, had numerous problems, and we've been fixing it up over the past year and a half. Apparently we've inspired people to start giving a damn about their houses, because the two houses across the street from us have started to get fixed up, too, which does nothing but good things for the property values.

Calm Down,

One. It is a known fact that you can buy and sell houses and make money. You need to pick the right house though. IF you dont, you can lose alot of money!

Anywho, people like my brother who do this are handy with tools so they can cut labour. They move in, fix it up, and sell it a year or so later. He did not take any courses from a scam artist.

Want to do somthing, Print out the materials. dont send them the link. They will not listen.. Print it out. Get the lawsuit information. Print that out. that is what you need to do.

Also, you parents are human and not perfect. They, like any other parents, make mistake. It is a life lesson for you!
